Four friends plan to spend a crazy weekend on a tropical island. The owner of the nightclub where they are partying offers them a new experimental drug. Aroused and uninhibited, they live out their wildest fantasies. When, fascinated by the substance, they decide to repeat the dose, the drug causes unexpected side effects. Their stay on the paradise island turns into a nightmare.
